These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. Please also note that each model in our mini-collections is unique, variation between items of the same model may be noticeable. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site..

User Goods and Services

Our Site allows users to sell goods and services. We do not assume any responsibility for the goods and services users sell on our Site. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of any goods and services sold by users on our Site. However, if we are made aware that a user is violating these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit the user from selling goods and services on our Site.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.


If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our packages via Canada Post services which require approximately 10 business days depending on your location. (Note that we are not responsible for customs fees.)

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provided a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is returned to us by the postal carrier due to an incomplete or invalid address, Amnvi will charge an additional shipping fee to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Entering the correct address, contact email and contact phone number is the customer's responsibility. 

Return, Exchange and Refund of goods

 Refunds

We accept exchange and refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

 

– the product is broken

– the product is not as described

– the product is the wrong size

– You changed your mind about purchasing the product

– The product does not meet the expectations of the user

Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:

– item damaged

– item worn

– item washed

– item returned in damaged packaging

 – The item is no longer remarkatable

– unlabeled item

Return & Exchange

Any exchange or return must be declared by the Customer to Amnvi, via the contact form on the Site or by writing to us by email at contact@amnvi.com

The products must be returned by the Customer no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of the package. The withdrawal form will be sent to you by email and you can proceed with the return. 

Please follow this procedure to return your items by post: 

- Pack your goods in the original packaging or any equivalent packaging and in perfect condition. Returned items must allow remarketing to request an exchange, refund or credit without penalty. Labels must not have been removed, items must be in perfect condition, they must not have been worn or washed.

- Affix the return label that will be sent to you after your declaration. 

- Go to the nearest post office or carrier of your choice and pay the necessary postage. We do not cover shipping costs for returns. If the package is lost or damaged during the return, the cost of the damage is borne by the Customer.

Products that are not returned within the time limits and conditions referred to above will not be refunded or exchanged by Amnvi.

Please note that only one exchange per item is offered to you at no additional cost, after which we will charge you the shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. It may take 12-14 business days for refunds to be processed after the item is received at our warehouse. We will send you an e-mail to inform you that the refund has been processed on our end.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Amnvi or any of its employees will be held responsible for any issues arising from this site. Nevertheless, Amnvi and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site. Amnvi and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using these sites.

Dispute Resolution

Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Amnvi are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Amnvi agree to submit the issue before a mediator. The decision of the mediator will not be binding. Any mediator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Amnvi. The costs of any mediation will be shared equally between you and Amnvi.

Additional Terms

Severability

All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
